چکیده

Background: Secondary Sjogren’s Syndrome (sSS) is diagnosed when symptoms of SS coexist with other systemic connective tissue disease, often secondary to rheumatoid arthritis(RA).The occurrence RA will worsen the course disease and increase high incidence mortality RA. At present, immune characteristics peripheral blood sSS are not clear. Objectives: To observe difference Immune in between RA, primary syndrome(pSS) patients. Methods: 20 patients, pSS paients pateints hospitalized ShanXi medical university second Hospital were enrolled. The percentage absolute numbers lymphocyte phenotypes CD4+ T subsets examined by flow cytometry. Results: As for number total T, B, NK, CD4+T,CD8+ ratio CD4 + CD8+ cells, there was no significant group. There also statistical CD4+T subsets(Th1,Th2,Th17 Treg) three groups. But Th17 Treg group increased than group.About comparison subsets, among groups except that Th1 cells significantly higher Conclusion: Elevated Th17/Treg may be an immunological feature differentiates patients from In addition, general, have similar characteristics.
